The Water Quality Restoration Program is currently implementing the Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspector (FSESCI) Qualification Program. The goals of this program are to better educate installers and inspectors on proper Best Management Practice (BMP) selection, installation, layering, and maintenance; and to train and qualify inspectors to correctly inspect BMPs for use during and after construction so that impacts from uncontrolled erosion and sedimentation on the construction site are minimized.
Inspectors and Instructors can now log-in to a FSESCI account to review program information and download certificate copies.

FSESCI certified inspectors can be searched online through the Verify a Certificate section of the website.
Get a new or replacement certificate by logging into the Inspector's Portal.
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has developed a set of distance learning guidelines that will allow inspectors to be trained while maintaining the integrity of the testing and certificate granting process.
